Excellent service, high quality materials delivered quickly.
Supplied me timber 1 inch wider than ordered. They said it was out of stock. I offered to machine it down if they compensated me 20 for the price I'd been charged extra for the wider timber. This was a close to 400 pound order.They said no that they would take it back and sell it to someone else and leave me with nothing. Well the polish lad that works for them did. Incase the boss reads this and wonders. I've sent them 2000 of business this year and most years through myself and recommending them. You've lost that yearly turn over from this moment forward guys. Over 20 you amateurs.
Ordered 7 gravel boards for a new rear fence job fast delivery. One was unfortunately cracked down the middle on delivery. But I called to say and they sent me a new one 2 days later with no problem so overall was happy with service
This is the second time we have used Park Timber, we had 6' arched panels and have extended them around the other side of the garden,replacing larch lap fencing. The company are excellent to deal with, efficient and woke up to find the panels on the lawn, they are strong and look great! We will definitely be back for any similar requirements.
