Bought a 5.11 backpack online which when delivered was not as advertised on the website (capacity was lower, 21L compared to 24L which is a Trading Standards issue). It also had a very strong unpleasant smell which apparently they could not detect, so if that's normal it's a no thanks from me. I returned it for a refund but they refused to pay return postage. Very disappointing.
