Absolite great place too go for some relaxing fun been back and fourth over the years and bring my kids skating as and when I can I personally don't have any faults with any off the staff or the ice rink the play areas great for children and for the adults too have some relax time whilst the kids can run up and down its very secure. Lovely hot food from the cafe. Also been a good few times too see Telford play ice hockey great atmosphere so when its back open go and get yourself down there.

It’s a shame they are only doing one hour skating sessions for 6 something. Planet ice do have better value for money in regards to this. Two young female staff with brown hair who are skating marshals are lovely though as is Lauren on the front desk. However some other staff are a bit... unwelcoming I guess? It’s just a shame that you can only have one hour skating sessions with an hour in between to allow for cleaning. But you would think with this hour the ice would be resurfaced to create a barrier between each skating session? Sometimes they zamboni the ice and sometimes they don’t. Theirs no vending machines - which is “okay” as it’s not owned by the rink, but theirs also no cafe. So make sure you bring food and drink with you. As someone who struggles with blood sugar levels, I sometimes forget a drink and I get the rink with crashing levels. Is it worth having the machines back in use or? In terms of the rink. It is a lovely rink, but SOME of the staff (not all!) aren’t very friendly looking and with the one hour skating sessions and lack of overall facilities. It’s not the best value for money. I’ve heard attendance is low lately? It may be wise to decrease the prices further or increase the time on sessions. As a few people have mentioned this is why they aren’t going much lately.. unfortunately, myself included. However!! The rink is lovely
Telford ice rink really is great and we're lucky to have it on our doorsteps... unfortunately a couple of the older ladies that work on reception appear to have been trained by the gestapo! Very very rude people and I think if they no longer enjoy their job perhaps they could get a job kicking puppies or pushing blind people into traffic.
Suitably socially distanced fun. Loads of space and nice not to have to wear a mask on the ice.
Went there a few years ago in my wheelchair, would love to go again but I don't know whether you can still do it I can't find anything on their website about disabled access. I have however made contact with them and they have assured me that this is still possible, so when lock down is finished I hope to go back and try it out.Also to check out their toilets and take some photo's.
