Food, service and cleanliness were all great. We really enjoyed our meal and drinks.
We ordered our food online last night to collect the following evening. They didn't have our food order, the team member said that it was a technical issue. Strangely the customers behind us came to collect there food and it was brought out to them. So I find their excuse to be an untruth. We were then asked to wait for them to cook the food from scratch. Appalling overall and considering that we are currently in a pandemic restaurants need to be on the ball. We will not be back and I don't recommend them to anyone. An update Zizzi's has given me a full refund as a good will gesture
