Unreliable and unprofessional. Telephoned them a few days beforehand to ensure they had a good range of left handed risers in stock and to make sure they were open on Easter Saturday. We were told they would be. Made the hours drive from home only to find they were shut. No signs saying they'd be closed, nothing on the website and nothing on the recorded message on their phone number (except stating their opening hours for Saturday..!) Hung around for a short while in case they had popped out but nobody appeared. I guess they just decided not to open. Very unprofessional. Over 2k worth of business lost to another archery shop (which I won't name here so I don't get accused of leaving a false review) which will involve a longer journey but at least they'll be reliable according to the other members of my club.

Darren Hubbard in reply to your unfair review , Derek came and opened up he unfortunately had s bad fall and with help was taken for medical check over , Derek has not been that well lately . his service is usually 5 star , always use ten ring
Reply to Darren Hubbar Sorry we were closed but I had a bad fall in the shop Saturday lunchtime at 2.15 pm and had to go to hospidal.
