My boyfriend and i went in today to buy some fishing equipment (new rod, new reel and lures) and within a matter of seconds of getting home, the rod broke. My boyfriend went back to get the rod switched and the guy in the shop accused him of breaking the faulty rod. He came home and then to our surprise found that the reel was also broken! So off he went to replace yet again and the guy in the shop had the audacity to accuse him of breaking a Steel spool on the reel. With how rude and lacking the customer service is, its safe to say we wont be going back but will be travelling to Truro to get our tackle ect as its embarrasingly off putting. Very poor customer service with a disheartened boyfriend.
