Liz is a great trainer - I did the IOSH course with her last year and she is excellent at demystifying what can be a very frightening topic for a small organisation. She did a great job of tailoring the course to my needs as much as possible (we're a rural museum with a working windmill so this is more of a challenge than it sounds!). I've also been able to touch base with her since as I create the museum's risk management strategy and it's really helpful to know that there's someone I can ask for help or just for an opinion on what I'm doing.

I contacted TerraFirma 360 earlier in the year as I was impressed with what they had to offer on their Website. I was struggling to make health and safety interesting for staff. H&S is not the easiest thing to engage with as it usually pretty dull. I met Liz and in just a couple of meetings, she was able to understand what I was after. This resulted in a bespoke short, snappy and informative animated video and brilliant 20 page H&S staff handbook. The merit of undertaking these two projects was then put to the test with an induction training session that Liz ran for us. For the first time, all of our staff felt much more engaged and were really able to buy into the Association's ethos of safety and working together as a team to ensure safety throughout the workplace. Liz is really easy to work with, makes training fun and is able to tune into the needs of her client. TerraFirma 360 are very affordable too!
