Always found it great, massive choice. Toilets in the back pretty ok, would not recommend the cafe, compared to Morrisons its like a truckers cafe on the ferries. Im giving it 4/5 as the last time I was in there, second week of December, perfect customer service, asked a fellow if someone could help with a clothing query, he asked me to wait there and he went to customer service who then called the lady on clothing and although I probably disturbed her far off in the warehouse, she was completely helpful. Just fantastic, polite and because of that courtesy they made a sale. Job done :)

By far the worst food I've ever tasted in a restaurant, especially one with a massive selection of fresh ingredients in the same store. A cheese and ham toastie bagged so customers can't see inside it should not contain mayonnaise. There's barely any cheese or ham, just large quantities of mayo which not everyone likes, and even fewer people enjoy hot! Absolutely disgusting.

Management are muppets, staff are great. Very good rules and guidance with respect to Covid, aiming to reduce the number of people coming in to the store. I use the place a lot as I have a couple of people to shop for but is usually a quick in and out because I know where everything is. Or I did until the management muppets rearranged a load of the aisles! Result; loads of people wondering about trying to find where the stuff had gone to. Management displaying a Trumpian lack of grip on reality.
