Tried to get a phone on contract. Ok at first but then deteriorated. Took over an hour and at the end the assistant had to phone for help. Not much better on the phone a right mess all round. I will do it on line in future.

Had a problem with my phone. Fixed in ten minutes. Was then given a cheaper deal! Many thanks to Mr Peter McCombe, the shop manager, who could not have been more helpful.
