I went to Tesco Broadbridge Heath today, Bank holiday Monday, to purchase a phone. I needed a no frills, easy to use, good value deal. Sam, the manager was very competent, knowledgeable, had LOTS of patience and was able to give me a 100% attention, and I felt as if I was the only customer in the shop, which I wasn't! So good to go shopping: find the right product, sold to the correct person, by a competent and professional salesperson. Well done Sam and I hope Tesco recognize your qualities.
