My wife and I are not phone savvy so we rely on advice from those who are. We went here to urgently replace my wife's damaged business phone. There were no other customers and the manager and two assistants were idle. We found them to be unfriendly, uninformative, arrogant, disinterested and decidedly unhelpful. As a result, choosing a new phone was a very unpleasant experience. Each of us would have left without buying one had our need not been urgent. If you want an expensive way to be made to feel like a worthless nuisance this is a very good place to go
