Amazing staff. Dealt with a lady called Emma who made sure everything was smooth. Turned up a day early for an appointment for my vehicle by complete mistake, Tesla kindly rescheduled my courtesy car allowing me to not have to make the same journey next day. Work done on my vehicle was perfect and on time with communication 10/10.

Fast turn around fixed a warranted problem with loan car within 24hrs. This is the Dartford branch...Chelmsford branch to 6 days and didn't do a proper Job. Mind you Tesla as company in general dealing with them is a nightmare. There seem to be a lack of empathy to your concerns.

I mean, what can I say that hasn't already been said. The place is fantastic. For such a young company, they get a lot right. The atmosphere is not snobby and lofty as you might expect, but totally down to earth and friendly. The staff are willing to help, and understand that there are a lot of questions when moving from petrol to electricity, so take their time to answer everything in a calm and understandable way (even if most of the questions come from YouTube) we had a whale of a time, and picking up a car has never felt like such a special event.
