Portmans Pharmacy

Firstly, this comoany is holding the transfer of the lines to my new provider. They do not want to help one bit and keep cancelling or rejecting the transfer. Secondly they are liars and vitrualised my main line meaning i get charged incoming and outgoing calls. Bills quickly rose to 1000 per month. And now, they are threatening to cut off my phone lines to a Healthcare Provider, outrageous and illegal!!! someone shut this company down please!!!!!

Was sold a new telephone system by tetcom, was promised by them to buy out my contract with other firm, this never happened as i provided them with all details and charges, they made excuse after excuse. beware i was promised less charges and free equipment (sales pitch) my service charges are 3 x telephone calls per month. The original sales guy would not anwser my calls after, he got me to sign contracts after all the promise and added the amounts after, i wish i took copies as had no evidence to take them to court. BE WARNED A AWFUL COMPANY

This company is out to con you please avoid!!!!! They have been operating for the past years as just Tetcom Limited but have now closed that company down and started this company up to do exactly the same thing as they have been doing, which is con people out of their hard earned money. Proof that this is the case can be found by googling "Tetcom companies house" click on "Tetcom Limited-compainies house service" going to filing history and looking at the liquidation document that was produced on the 27th of May 2020. This details that Tetcom Limited sold there rights to contracts, plant and machinery and goodwill to Tetcom network services Ltd. It also details how the companies are connected by common shareholders and how an invoice from Tetcom network services Ltd was refunded by Tetcom Limited. The fact that this is allowed to happen is a disgrace and allows these con men to keep going, causing people a lot of stress and costing them money. Hopefully people will read this review and leave this company well alone.
