This company using the staff to work over hours for rubbish pay,zero hours contract.Staff can't communicate with clients as they don't speak English. Staff leave in share houses with very pour accomodation ,6 people in 2 bedroom flat!paying lots of money to their\landlord\who is employer. How you can treat humans like a slave!! I would never use this company to providing any care for my family. This company should be close or CQC should have good search(without paying bribes)
