I highly recommend Irena and her studio. Genuinely the massage I have always wanted! Comfortable, relaxing environment. Irena is lovely and absolutely the best at Thai massage. Feel like my body is in working order and I can't wait to go again next time I'm in the area!

A thorough full-body 1-hour Thai massage from Iris in one of her calming massage rooms was just what I needed after days of fell walking in the Lake District. Located a few minutes from Ambleside bus stop on Kelsick Road. She was tough on my back knots just as I asked! delicious-smelling loose tea is on sale here too for a take away therapy experience.

Relaxing environment and massage. I enjoyed the time spent there and chatting with the masseuse. I am not a tea drinker but it was one of the best fruit tea I had. All in all a really nice experience that I recommend :)

I went along to Iris because of neck and shoulder pain after some very long sessions sat at my work desk. This was my first Thai massage, but won't be my last - the tension and soreness has gone and I feel loads better. Iris clearly knows her stuff and made sure I was happy with the amount of pressure. The tea afterwards was a bonus and I even bought some tea leaves to take home with me. I'll be back for another session when I'm next in Ambleside.
