Shelves stacked well there was no empty shelves, very friendly staff which was wonderful and fair prices compared to other shops in the area. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if the cages were not left up against shelves as I couldn't get to the product I wanted I had to ask someone to move the cage and when I needed approval on the self scan till I was using no one was around to approve the item someone had to stop mid customer to approve it because two workers were talking but other than that it was a pleasant shopping experience

Very helpful, friendly staff although the spirit section is often empty but they always go to their store room and get what you want when asked. Very pleasant staff. Let's just hope the manager does not allow panic buying this time !!. Plenty for everyone and long as they dont put profit above customer need.
Good service, pleasant staff, have always liked Sainsburys stores since. I was a toddler and my mother used to shop in the Harrow branch! Long time ago
