Very far from being a good garage. They ignore warranty problems on my Giulia QF. They say the problem won't happen again. When I asked them what did they do to fix the problem they said nothing. Obviously the problem occured again on the same day. Last time when I picked up my car I realized someone stolen the hooks from the boot of my car. Seriously, I have never experienced this before in other garages.
Brought my Alfa Romeo to the Slough garage for its annual service. As always, very friendly, great customer service and always smiling. Awesome people - great to see some familiar faces in there, a year on! My service was completed relatively quickly and I received a complementary clean and wash! My car now drives nice and smooth, which i am a very proud owner of. Thanks Thames Alfa!
