Awful and unfriendly service. My parents have been using Honda Thames Ditton for over 15 years with great service but since they changed ownership the service has gone downhill. These new people will milk you for everything (unnecessary work) if you take your car in for a service or MOT. Thank goodness my elderly parent have children who know about cars and can advise them. They have lost our family’s trust and custom. That are lots of other honest garages in the area that you would be better off using, so just a warning to our neighbours...

Honda Thames Ditton just had service done on my Jazz under the Honda 5 year service plan, great service, excellent staff, and car returned fully cleaned inside and out.
Went in late on a October evening, found the car we wanted, gave a us a discount to make it the best deal I had seen for this model after looking at several other second hand dealers. The car (CRV 2014 model) is a dream, best one I have owned (have owned 3 previous cars, not honda). Runs perfectly and in mint condition when I bought it. Thank you Honda Thames Ditton for a great car and super deal!
Since changing hands to Brayley Honda the staff are much more customer friendly and knowledgeable.
