Following the problem I raised yesterday i am pleased to report the following... Update of the following day, on my return to work the following morning we had a letter of apology and they had not only cleaned up their mess but washed our windows free of charge. So i can only say i will consider them in future. We received a swift and appropriate response to a complaint. It is only times like this you find out who are the good guys. So four stars from me.
