Not sure why these guys have been rated so low... we've had nothing but amazing service... we've called them out twice now for two separate issues and they have been brilliant... they've provided us with the time of day they will arrive - am/pm which is standard but then we've received a quick buzz on the mobile to confirm what time within the hour on the actual day (maybe because I made it clear that I have to do school runs and needed it to fit in and around my job!). If they haven't had the correct parts, they have returned to fit the part with no extra labour costs and the folks on the other end of the phone who have set up the visits have been very helpful, extremely friendly and honest ... case in point... they offered up some advice that they weren't 100% sure if a part that was to be installed on our washing machine would make the necessary fix and that they wanted us to be sure as they didn't want us wasting our money... but from our side it was a no-brainer... 40 quid for a possible fix or 300 quid for a new washing machine... and guess what... so far so good... Would highly recommend EDA... Big Thumbs up :-)
