My lovely nurses have been completely amazing looking after me, including Anne and Karen. During this difficult time with Covid they have still been extremely busy. However my care has been exemplary. One of my nurses even took time when I was upset to search information on Demtia for my mum and even continues to ask how I am. This has made a huge impact on my wellbeing and they probably don't even realise. Thank you so much..xx

A very good doctors surgery, normally very easy to get an appointment when you need to. The staff are really helpful and don't make any medical questions or situations difficult or awkward. The practice has an onsite pharmacy to help make life easier and get your prescription quicker.

Drs are brilliant shame on receptionists. As need to speak.urgent to Dr to be told they have no calls avaliable. My own Dr I can have a phone call on the 19th October like 12 days away (joke) Dr.knows me better than.any others after 27 years. Drs ***** Receptionists *

I have noticed a real improvement with the reception staff and the people who answer the phone. They have been very helpful since I haven’t been well recently whereas in the past I used to dread speaking to them. Well done for listening to your patients. I’ve always found the Doctors to be good it’s just a very busy practice.

Lovely staff they are inundated with too many patients. Work well with money allocated to them. I believe GPs have 7k patients each. I feel for them. X when I've needed an urgent genuine appt they were so helpful.
