Every time I call I get cut off or someone puts me on hold for 30 mins. Multiple times I have been told I will get a call from a doctor and they never call. Once you actually get to the surgery the receptionists are very rude and unhelpful. Im not normally one to complain but honestly the worst surgery I’ve ever been to.

The best Admin / Customer/Patient Service person there to sort out any problems with prescriptions, appointments, blood tests etc is Manish Desai and the kindest and most compassionate GP with a sense of humour is female Dr Daromosu..

I want to rate this ZERO star. It's not the doctors but the receptionist who are so poorly trained with customer service. I find it so ridiculous how they talk to people over the phone and in person. They are RUDE, NO PATIENCES, UNBOTHERED, and have no respect for people who really need to go see the GP. I have gone around in circles just to try fight for an appointmen slot. !!!
