Came out promptly and fixed the issue when there was a fault with the alarm and the code wouldn't work to stop it! Top service and super transparent. Would recommend and use again.

Came out at the last minute to fix an alarm problem on a Sunday night. Brilliant job and fully explained everything as he went. Would definitely use them again!
We had an issue with our alarm tonight and it was going off for over an hour. The Alarm Engineer came up on google as 24 hour. We rang and Jimmy answered the call. We were some 25 mins away so rather than send an engineer he talked us through the issue. He knew immediately what the issue was and helped us stop the continuous ringing of the alarm. He was brilliant. Very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. A true gent when we needed him. Thank you Jimmy you are a star :))
