Had been looking for white wooden letter in a large size and found them here. I needed them next day delivery but was out of the deadline do rang and the lady who answered said she would get them posted out for next. 10 minutes later she rang me back to say they were in the post for next day delivery. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Brilliant. Odered a gift for a friend on their website. Great value and quality. They emailed me quickly to say that they only had one of the items I'd ordered in stock which had a scratch on so they offered to refund or for me to wait for a new one to come in. The item came in stock promptly and was delivered quickly. Great communication, thanks Sarah and the team :D!
My 'go to' shop for any gift I might need. Sarah is always happy to help and make suggestions. There's such a wide range of products that sometimes it's hard to choose! Having recently purchased a bespoke hand printed mug from here it has certainly given us a lot of giggles in the office and I'm looking forward to having more designed in the future

Lovely little shop with unusual items priced reasonably
The Alphabet Store stocks a great selection of gifts and the lady that runs it is really helpful and friendly. It's my 1st stop shop for gifts for special friends. I can spend hours looking online and not really finding anything that grabs me but a quick trip to Leek and I always find that certain something.
