visited the sanctuary to adopt a cat they had advertised on Facebook. Hard working staff caring for unwanted/abandoned pets with a "no kill" policy, meaning they are looking after an awful lot of animals, doing the best they can for them. The cat we chose was delivered to us the next day after a satisfactory home check, and we have had lots of follow-up contact to make sure the cat and ourselves are happy. We love our new addition, and she has settled in well. Thank you to all concerned at the Sanctuary for all that you do.

This shelter has the loveliest people working there who adore and care about the animals so so much. Definitely well worth a visit, worth falling in love with the owners and the animals and so much worth adopting a new family member - a cat, dog, horse, bunny, hamster or maybe even a parrot? You will not regret it!
Wonderful sanctuary with amazing staff who truly care. Thanks to these amazing people i was able to give two of their kittens a furever home! They left the sanctuary fully vaccinated, vet checked, microchip and as soon as they are old enough they will be neutered too, couldn't of ask for more. Don't believe everything you read, go see for yourself
This place is so amazing, congratulations to them for the work they do. Lovely animals so happy to be adopting mum and her kitten. x
This place is no longer on there, the lady was sent to court because of neglect to the Animals!
Went down to volenteer without reading other reviews. When we walked in the place was totally empty, a few locked sheds, hopefully free from animals, and a few small dog cages. The whole place didn't seem very warmhearted. In my opinion, it looked like a junkyard. Me being vegan I was expecting to see animals like the ones portrayed in the pictures, but there wasn't even a feild, it was essentially a dirt patch with a few medium sized cages, like the ones they have on dairy factory farms in the US, where they store the newborn babies ;(. Even being vegan, And considering the conditions, Euthanasia of these animals was the best way out. They may even have been happier at the slaughterhouse. Very upsetting. Done some research, whatever you do avoid this place at all costs, Many animal welfare officials have had to take animals away, due to dogs locked in tiny cages in which they couldn't even move. DO NOT VISIT.
Lovely place to visit for a day or few hours, got 2 play areas
Hard working people trying to do the best for the animals. Donations of items always help in funding a noble cause.
