I was made to feel comfortable as soon as I arrived by the lovely reception staff. I have been having physio treatment with Elaine for the last couple of months and highly recommend her. Elaine is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and I felt so at ease throughout my treatment with her. Elaine creates a very calming atmosphere which despite me being in pain actually made me properly relax. They also are taking every precaution with Covid which really put my mind at rest.

I am very impressed and content with the level of service and professionalism of staff working at the Clinic. For some time, I am struggling with lower back pain. However, after receiving eight sessions of treatment and exercises, I was able to move much more freely and could participate in outdoor activities with the family. I definitely recommend the Clinic for any lower back- and shoulder problems.
As I live in Shirley, I was so pleased to discover that The Artemis Clinic was right on my doorstep just up the road in West Wickham, and have been receiving excellent treatment from Elaine, who is helping to resolve my back problems with a combination of Physio and Acupuncture. I found Elaine to be highly experienced and excellent at what she does, and she makes you feel at ease with her calm and professional demeanour. Right from the start I was given a clear explanation about the treatment I was about to receive, explaining how it will help and benefit me; and we have further progress discussions throughout my course of treatment which I appreciate. Since I’ve been under the care of Elaine my back has improved considerably. The Artemis Clinic is a lovely place with a very calming and peaceful atmosphere and a very professional, knowledgable team. Highly Recommended.
I had a problem with my left shoulder. I thought it was just an age thing but when putting on clothes became painful and just day to day stuff was uncomfortable I decided I would try physio to try to resolve it. I did a Google search of physios in my area. Artemis came up and I read the reviews, liked what I read and called to make an appointment. Elaine saw me, she listened acutely to what 8 told her, she asked clarifying questions, came to a diagnosis. After only 3 sessions and some easy exercises at home I feel fully back to normal, no pain, no limitations and avoiding certain movements. If I ever need physio in future I know where to go and know I will be in safe hands. Everything about Artemis is professional, but friendly and spotlessly clean too.
So pleased I found Artemis on Google in mid-2020. Elaine is superb, providing acupuncture treatment for nerve pain in my lower back, now amazingly better than it was. I highly recommend Artemis, the consulting rooms, service, appointment scheduling and atmosphere are excellent.
