I went to The Basement Galley's Underground Dining experience in a tube carriage in Walthamstow - it was lots of fun! The guys gave a nice introduction before we sat down to eat, explaining their ethos and approach to supper clubs, which I think was a great way to set expectations and encourage people to mingle / make some new friends. Sitting in a tube carriage to eat a meal was a very strange / silly experience, and we got through 6 courses - my favourite was the fizzy gin 'n' tonic jelly of course!
