Bought this beauty, with a few minor tweaks to the spec from The Bicycle Lounge. I am a long term customer here but that says it all. Service from these guys is second to none, cannot recommend them highly enough
After visiting the shop and speaking to Matt and the guys, we decided an Enigma Etape would be best suited for my riding style. Bike fit was included in the price of a the new bike. The specification was tweeked a little to get it just about perfect. Picked up the bike and it was set up perfectly, didn't even need to adjust the saddle height. Everyone at The Bicycle Lounge are passionate about bikes and offer a fantastic service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Fantastic service and fantastic products. I purchased a cervelo road bike form BL and dealt with Matt. I can’t fault their attentiveness towards their customers. I had solid communication throughout my bike delivery and build and the product was built to a great standard and delivered in a timely well packaged manor. I dealt entirely with the team through email and telephone and would happily purchase from them again. I’ll also be recommending the Bicycle lounge to my cycling group. Thank you
Had my Cervelo in for a di2 repair under warranty. As always they were excellent. Quick, informative and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
