Visited today and left disappointed. Had sausage and cheese pie which was basically all ground up into a mush and barely warm was served with potatoes and baked beans , whole meal was very dry. No condiments offered and also had to sit there listening to some stupid woman tell the whole place about her private life in fact she’s probably still there ( personally I can understand why your mum treats you differently to the others). This woman was obviously no fault of the cafe.

Definitely 5 stars. What a great place to visit for just a drink or even a meal. There tea room inside is nice and cosy and well decorated or you can sit outside under cover with heaters. They nachos were lovely. They have a breakfast and lunch menu and even roast dinners on sundays. The toilet is a good size. I believe there is a private room you could hire but not 100% sure. I definitely recommend a visit to this lovely hidden gem. The staff were very polite and welcoming. I.ll be returning very soon.

Recently made a cake for a relatives birthday. Absolutely delicious! Stole the show. Also very generous size and good value for money. Highly recommended!

A bit rustic but food is delicious, plentiful and all local produce. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not our first visit, and won't be our last. One of our favourite places.

Such a wonderful hidden gem! Their gluten free sandwiches and cakes are absolutely delicious and I'm well informed that their non-GF friendly food is just as amazing.
