One of the best salons I’ve been to in London. If you want a woman that knows color look no further than Michelle who communicates clearly about treatment and price so you are left with no surprises at the end. She gave my tired highlighted hair dimension and hydration and I’ll definitely be back again!

I have been there for different hair and face services. I am extremely happy with the result. I had a lash lift done and I am impressed, my eyelashes look amazing. The lady who did them (I forgot the name), was so attentive and polite. She did lash extension for me few months ago and they were amazing. Also, the extensions lasted for longer than usual. I had balayage done by Michelle, she is a hair master, just amazing, my hair feels so soft ( not typical for a bleached hair). The results are impressive. The manager is also so nice, very welcoming and very flexible. He has a very good knowledge of the services and he is always trying to give the best advise to the customers. I would definitely recommend that place.

This place is unreal. I have facials here and they are the best facials I have had. A nice mix of relaxing with stunning products and oil blends. The staff are so friendly and chilled. I defn recommend this little gem in Stratford!!

How this place is still in business AND SO HIGHLY RATED is beyond me. I went in for a manicure booked through TreatWell. Not only she used a nail clipper on my already fragile and very short nails, SHE ACTUALLY MANAGED TO LEAVE ME BLEEDING. She then proceeded to file my nails and when I asked if she had disinfected the file before, she said no. I spoke to the manager and he assured me the file had been disinfected the day before and had not been used since, but at this point, I don't see any reason to trust these people. I left crying immediately, with my nails looking like someone had physically tortured me. L.E. To clarify, I called to say I was late and apologised, I was 8 minutes late on the clock, the file came out of a drawer, with no indication that it had been disinfected beforehand, and having fragile nails that exfoliate, in all my experience with manicures in three different countries and countless manicurists, does not mean cutting my flesh off, it means that they would only use the file the nail, as opposed to using a nail clipper, which makes exfoliation worse. But thank you for teaching me to truly cherish my manicurist back home. I'd rather fly across the continent and back every other week before using your services again.
