Thank you so much to Lesley and Hayley at The Car Network for sorting our brand new 'big boy' BMW X3, which now sits proudly on the driveway. It's always astonishing to me just how much is involved with a change of car - especially when there are cherished number plates involved - what with having to tie in timing the handing back the old car with the arrival of the new. All in all, they couldn't have made the whole process easier with useful prompts to make sure all the timings went without a hitch. Unexpectedly, they even offered a shoulder to cry on when I had a major wobble about handing back my 'baby girl' X1 two days before handover! Much appreciated and very processional.
