A proper old fashioned 'specialist' shop that stocked to the rafters with many, many cheese related delights. Not the most cheapest but definitely the best. The quality & choice are both fantastic. Just the smell as you walk in really sets the tone. All the staff are very helpful & very knowledgeable. This shop is quintessentially interwoven with what makes Chester so special.

What an excellent place with such a great range of cheese. We're so lucky to have this fine place in Chester, which compares favourably with any cheese shop anywhere. Delighted by the excellent delivery service at Christmas too. All my gifts for family around the country made it to them and they're just as excited as I am with my finds!
If I could give more stars I would! Popped in to buy a selection of cheese for my girlfriend's birthday and was amazed at the choice that was on offer. The staff were (and presumably still are) amazing and were incredibly helpful when I was deciding which cheeses to buy. I’ll definitely be back when the cheese I bought runs out (give it a week or so...!)
