Just popped in to see if they had a nice sharp cheddar. Came away with a very lovely Cheddar Gorge vintage. Lovely little shop with a great selection of cheese and more, served by a very helpful French man(I think). If you like cheese visit this shop!

Fantastic produce always really fresh. Christophe really knows how to both select and keep cheese. No mouldy purchases here (which has not been my experience with my local cheese shop). A fabulous variety of cheeses and deli products. We don't live in the town but always purchase our cheese from here. The Cheese Shop should be the first place anyone visits if high quality is what's required.

Great selection of very nice cheeses and amazing homemade quiches and sandwiches as well. Would recommend a trip if you are in town.
Every other weekend after a walk, and a couple of glasses locally it's time to buy the grazing Saturday night dinner from the Cheese Shop. Tastes from childhood holidays in Normandy, locally made pickles and sweet tastes from afar. Beats a takeaway every time. Christophe, come the new year that promised thank you pint is on the table. Thank you.
Great selection of cheeses and accompaniments, and make up a great baguette to order at lunchtime. Christophe is always friendly and helpful.
