I had severe tooth pain and managed to get an appointment for the next day. Was there in time. No waiting. Professional and great service. Recommended.

Very rude receptionist, my relative book appointment for checkup and hygiene. He paid 70 for new patient examination, and 100 for scale and polish cleaning (normal price 60) he ask why don't you do hygiene with air flow it's cost 120 and why the price 100? She told him 60 for hygiene and 40 hygiene demonstration and personalized care advise, and you didn't ask for air flow. Hi was with his relative and they told but he didn't ask for explanation, why he should pay for it.Before you add to patient bill extra charge they should explain for him or ask him if he need to know how he need to brush his teeth. In the end of conversation she offer him refund 40 but non of his relative can come to the clinic include me . I was very shocked how this poor person can deal with the human. Shame of clinic have staff like this.......

I went to CherryTree a while back now but realised I never reviewed them! I got white fixed braces, followed by a fixed retainer and my teeth get complimented ALL the time now. Not only am I extremely happy with the results but the staff couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. For example I constantly accidentally strained my bands on oily food (not pretty!) but they would welcome me in with short notice to change them and were always so nice and polite and giving me advice. Thank you!!

Thank you for the wonderful treatments ! Every treatment I have had has been excellent. From a normal check up through to my recent root canal filling treatment, the dentist has been excellent! I felt totally relaxed during the treatment. The dentist is always very clean & friendly & keeps track on my ongoing treatment. What is more important - they are not "businessey" dentists.
