Great service and quick delivery. Couldn't wait to try them. Have Charlie's Brown Sauce on everything, hotshot jalapenos on salad and Lemon Drop Jelly in sandwiches. Will be putting another order in soon for more.

**** Christmas in a jar ! **** I had the immense pleasure of sampling The Chilli Project's latest creation Brinjal Pickle. This is a jar of pure explosive awesomeness. The pieces of aubergine and oil give it a silky texture and carry the blend of spices with the progressive warmth leaving a moreish aftermath. The spice level in my opinion is just right and it's certainly best friends with Walkers Sensation Poppadoms and a crisp pint of lager. Another legendary creation by The Chilli Project! I have just ordered more.

Having been a customer for a couple of years now, I can honestly say The Chilli Project is my ONLY source of artisan sauces, relishes, and jalapeños. Their hot shot jalapeño is amazing. Literally. I could eat them out of the jar! My eldest loves their lemon drop Jelly and the Red Rocket Relish is great with cheese. Charlie's brown sauce is a massive favourite on bacon sandwiches and Grizzly Garlic sauce, well I just use that on everything!! If you've never tried them, please do. You'll never look back!!!

A seriously eclectic selection of chilli jams / pickles and sauces. I've only managed to try 4 but will be working my way through the range...so far each one is finely tuned to deliver a broad range of flavours and of course, the all important heat. Not once have I been disappointed - chilli products from the UK are either underwhelming in the kick department or too overpowering and lacking in depth. These are neither. Just on the money. Keep up the good work please as you guys rock.

These guys know their stuff! Not only great heat levels, all the sauces have great flavours. Just sampled the new 'Ghost Pepper Sauce', proper spice, heat level is perfect for me (without over doing it!). 'The Grizzly Garlic' just about goes on anything and also loving the 'Garlic Naga Pickle', packed full of flavour.

Brought the chilli sauces first at Horsham Market. Totally delicious. I love hot chilli sauce and these are varying heats but also are full of flavour and just not hot for hot sake. I loved them totally delicious .

Amazing pickles and sauces, all locally made. The garlic Naga pickle is far superior to any lime pickle I've ever picked up at a supermarket!
