Ordered a water genie back pack it did arrive in good time although unfortunately parts of the machine was broken or poor quality (battery indicator) after phoning got told to send it back at my own cost to get it replaced or fixed. Unfortunately I needed the backpack the next day so have to just take the hit I can’t blame window cleaning warehouse for a broken battery indication but would hope these things are tested before leaving the warehouse. Wheel hubs and backpack handle also of poor quality again get what you pay for m.
