Visited in store, St Ives, ladies were so friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn't like is that you can't change Euro coins back to English pounds...not worth a drop in a star, though! I recommend them :)

First class service from the staff who went above and beyond. I had spent hours searching online myself and gave up; I went in to Co-op for groceries and stopped to ask a few questions. I was given great first-hand advice and booked the next day. Would recommend to everyone in St. Ives area to come here, also has free parking which no other travel agency in town has.
