I have had a number of dealings mostly with Neil but recently with Dave and on all occasions I have been supremely impressed with their efficiency and quality of customer service. Whether its a problem solving and repair or a product purchase nothing is too much trouble. I know that if I need some help they will do their best to help me leave as a satisfied customer. I took my laptop in and 2 days later I had a text from Neil saying what the problem was, I don't understand computers so I went into the shop owner Dave explained everything to me in great detail so I could understand the problems, I was happy to leave the laptop to have it it repaired Neil kept me updated with the progress, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently and the price was very reasonable. Dave and Neil were very helpful I would definitely recommend using this company.

Absolutely fantastic service by Dave. When my brother's new PC had problems right around Christmas, Dave was very quick to lend a helping hand, and worked overtime to get it sorted back in time for the weekend to be over, and kept to the current social distancing guidelines throughout. The price was fantastic too; a top notch service from a top notch man.
