Terrible after sales service. Have been trying to get some repairs to conservatory windows cills for a second time. Boards keep lifting away from walls and showing unsightly gaps. I have emailed and made a visit in person to the showroom. The latest contact was mid 2020 and it is now October 2020 and still no response. No stars if that was an option.

Quite hard to contact the sales team initially but ordering was ok when we found them in the office the second time. Delivery was delayed but we had a call from the owner to explain and the build is sorted! Overall a good experience! Update to this review on the 7th of March, down-rated to 3 stars due to fresh disappointment - no delivery when promised on the 6th, new date is the 31st - looks to us like the shed wasn't ordered at all originally, otherwise why the fresh 3 week delay? It will now be 8 weeks to have a shed delivered and put up... Update to the review, a bit late. We were contacted by the owner who is a lively woman. She sorted out all the issues rapidly and offered us a rebate for the inconvenience. The fitter turned up on time an out up a very satisfactory and well made shed in half a day. Final result is outstanding. Latter contact with the centre shows that their problems are a thing of the past. Heartily recommended now!
