The hot tub cover is brilliant,even tho there is a "made in Mexico" tag on it,which presumably is why it took 5 weeks longer then I was told it would be. To be honest, I want told, I had to find out myself through constantly emailing them. Your customer service is utterly appalling!

Be Aware! Cover Ordered for UK July 27th 20 and received after a rather aggressive email from me on October 10th 2020 ! Emailed for an update in mid August approx 4 weeks in, and was told, they were running at 8-9 weeks lead time with a promise to notify me closer to the time of shipping arrangements. OK, Understand it is a Covid year, fair enough. Then after 12 weeks still with no contact a "Sh*togram "was sent. Cover was suddenly and miraculously available for delivery three days later..REALLY ! OK, Cover arrived and in all honesty I cant fault it. Its a good cover and seems reasonably well built. Makers label indicates it is made in Mexico and this was supported by labeling on the box. ( I suggest the delays are probably more to do with shipping from Mexico than anything else.) Sadly the cover storage rollers also ordered were missing from the delivery but in fairness this was rectified within a matter of days. Summary : A good straight forward order process for a good product severely let down by poor Customer management and more importantly management of expectations. A shame really as it would make it a much more pleasurable experience dealing with the company in the UK. 3 Stars only.
