If there were 10 stars I would give them a 10 out of 10. Coco from The Cut Express is a master seamstress. She made a set of curtains for me and her craftsmanship is exceptional. She not only pattern matched the drops in each curtain but also pattern matched the two curtains where they meet in the middle when drawn shut. (Photo doesn't do justice as it's difficult to photograph curtains when they're closed). She also tailored a patterned dress for me and on this too matched the pattern perfectly. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Actually all the services I've used at The Cut Express were carried out to a high standard.

I use the Internet Cafe quite often, and found the people working there are very obliging and helpful. Yes, I agree with the other comments made here, that they don't speak English very well, but they are clearly not British, so a bit of patience is needed. I have also used their other services (keys cut and dry cleaning) and didn't have a problem with either. I won't give this company 5 stars because I find their dry cleaning prices quite high. However, the Internet cafe fees are correct, which include using their printing facilities.
Poor customer service and not a great experience. I left a dress in to be taken in and shortened. Upon collection I tried the dress on and it had not been taken in enough. The seamstress re-pined it and said it would take her 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I arrived back to find that she had inserted two side darts (to save time I was told), destroying the look and fit of the dress. I was traveling the next day with the dress, to a wedding abroad. The seamstress knew what she had done but the manager was insisting on charging me. I said I was happy to pay for the dress being shortened but not the other alterations because I now have to pay someone else to do the job correctly. The manager was extremely rude and insisted what I had requested had been done. Really bad customer service. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated. I would recommend you find somewhere else for alterations and save yourself a very bad experience.
I was in this area last week. I was looking for the alterations place on the internet and found this shop. Reading the reviews about this business was bit confused. But I really need my dress to be altered as it was last minute rush for the wedding I was going to attend. So thought let's get my dress done. I was pleased to find that their service was really good and the seamstress is really nice and professional about the work she done to my dress. The dress was bit tight from the side. But the seamstress asked asked me to wait for a while. And after few minutes she did it again. Tried the dress, was really pleased with the way they served me. Reading some reviews earlier I was worried. But believe me it's not the same issues in all cases. I recommend this place for the best alterations and dry cleaning service. Also they have nail salon as part of their business which is also quite good place to try !!!
Very Good Service! Personnel is friendly and professional! I go there to clean my shirts and sometime for a quick repair and I was never disappointed! I would recommended to people around me.
Brilliant Service !! Clean and fast turnaround. I took my suit for alteration and cleaning. There was a few holes in my suit jacket sleeve. The seamstress did the job very neat that is barely noticeable. Really Impressed !!
I have been there to have my keys cut Very helpful staff and really quick - I think the girl had the keys ready in less that 2mins time! Also the keys work perfectly fine! Definitely recommended I plan to visit them to test their nails service too!
They are the best for clothes repair and modifications. I had my suit completely refuited to me (my brother gave it to me and it was too large), and the result was fantastic!! I normally get fully fitted suits for work, and they can achieve close to the same quality as my taylor in terms of repairs. I highly recommend it.
