Just completed Gemma’s 6 week Daisy Birthing Active Antenatal course and it was great! I would highly recommend this course. The course is really thorough, and although you never know what will happen on the day, I now feel very prepared and understand all my options and what to expect from labour. The yoga and relaxation elements of the course were great and really helped me to understand how the body is designed for labour and the best approaches to make things more comfortable.

Gemma was brilliant made me feel really at ease! The midwife at my birth said she could tell i’d been to classes and my breathing and calming techniques were spot on! Really enjoyed every session always came away feeling calmer and happier.

Couldn't have wished for a better class than Daisy Tineis to be my first as a new mum. I was a little apprehensive about attending classes worrying about things like what would happen if he cried the whole class but with Gemmas support and guidance I soon felt so at ease and both me and my little boy love our hour with her. The class is great fun and having the opportunity to speak to other mums in such a relaxed setting is invaluable. We can't wait to continue our journey with Gemma and look forward to moving into Daisy Wrigglers.
