In December 2019 my system boiler broke down and I had called Dee for some advise. The service provided over the telephone was outstanding by diagnosing the issue over the telephone. The cost to repair bill would have been half the cost of a new boiler so I decided with the advise of a professional to change the boiler. Dee was well aware of the cold month and ensured that the replacement was done at his next available slot and the team attended and completed the whole job within 1 day. The job included changing 18 radiator valves, full powerflush and change of system boiler to valiant ecotec 637. I had previously had severe balancing issues where certain room radiators would not get hot and the entire house would take several hours to warm up but after this installation every room now warms up very quickly. Overall Dee and his team provided a professional service in a very timely manner and the after care for any questions or concerns I had. Highly recommended
