Incredible Irish Food & Kind Staff I've been staying in Ballycastle on holiday for over a month now, and The Diamond Bar Steaks & Cakes is hands down my favorite place in town to eat and grab a drink! I've never eaten a meal there that wasn't delicious, with some of my favorites being the Steak Sandwich, Steak & Guinness Hot Pot, & seafood chowder. The staff is super friendly & professional, and the atmosphere is cozy! I love sitting by the fire and enjoying their wide wine selection (while my husband drinks a beer), followed by a delicious peanut butter brownie or slice of cheesecake. Don't leave town without enjoying this awesome spot right off the city square!

The four of us came on a cruise ship for the day in July and we got \Paddy Campbell's Black Cab tour\ (highly recommended!). We stopped for lunch here, after Carrick-a-Rede Bridge, Giant's Causeway and Dunluce Castle. The service was prompt, the food delicious and not too expensive, and the atmosphere of the restaurant nice. We can recommend everything we had: Chowder, Fish taco, Fajitas, Garlic fries, Asian Leaf salad, Kopparberg with Strawberry & Lime cider, and Guinness. I am a vegetarian and had enough choices to fill me up.
