This is the fourth time we've been here to have Hector our miniature Schnauzer cut, He's only two years old but can be feisty but Lisa is very gentle and kind with him. The price is very reasonable and he looks fantastic after he's been clipped. I can thoroughly recommend the Doggy day spa. Thanks, Jonathan

Absolutely disgusting customers service! I wouldn't even let them touch my dogs because she treats people so badly. Wouldn't want to know how she treats dogs behind closed door! Avoid at all costs. There's loads of groomers out there.
Had a great experience at the doggy day spa, my little Pixie was cleaned and cut beautifully and just to finish her day out fully I bought her some great little healthy treats from their pet shop, very happy to recommend
I took Lilly my border terrier in for a hand strip, I had taken her before to another groomers who i personally think didn't do a very good job so i was recommended from people i know who are now regular clients of Lisas, the dogs always come out perfect and always seem to be very happy, the staff are always very polite and do a very professional service from start to finish
Liked Ryan Wrigleys review, apart from the fact he owns the shop and day spa that is run by his partner.... Wrigley by name etc....
I had a dreadful experience or rather my dog did at the hands of this unexperienced so called "professional" dog groomer. The poor thing ended up with a broken claw and was limping after her visit to this place and ended up having to visit the vet to have it removed as it was causing her such discomfort. The woman was not in the least bit bothered about my dog, just that her reputation might be affected by it and denied knowing anything about how it happened. Had she been honest she could have saved the poor animal from going through further discomfort. A very unprofessional and very pricey establishment which is best avoided at all costs, not just for your purse but for the sake and safety of your pets.
Experienced some of the worst 'customer service' I have ever had today at Pet Shack. I was refused a receipt when paying contactless, advised that 'was the whole point of contactless' just 'swipe and go' I was told. (although the numerous times I have paid via contactless in other establishments I have been given a receipt!) The lady then proceeded to challenge me and my point...! I had to ask to see the receipt she had put in the till to prove how much she had charge me was correct. Awful lack of customer service really spoils what could be a fantastic little local shop. Such a shame as I really try to support local companies, but I shall be going elsewhere in the future. Theres a fantastic local pet shop called Marshalls in Ashley Cross, ill be driving futher, but the service will make it worth it!
4 times Lisa cancelled my appointment. The worst customer service ever.. she even let me turn up for an appointment and then while she was sat in her car told me she had to go. She really does treat people very badly. Avoid at all costs
