Great service and they are happy to give advice - I have two labs and most toys they destroy in seconds particularly the treat toys but I have bought some fairly robust toys from there. These toys were eventually destroyed but definitely worth the money. In addition, they have great flashing lights (water resistant) (which they now sale at Pets at Home for same price). The lights I bought are still working after their second year (new batteries)- that is a first. If you have a dog that likes to swim, they also sell (20) a water proof flashing light. This is expensive but totally worth the money particularly when you have a dog that decides to chase after ducks in the dark! However for convenience and service I would definitely recommend them.
