For the past 6 weeks we have been trying to get a broken slave handles to our bifolds sorted. We were informed by a Girl called Marcella that it would be ordered. Since then which was a month ago, and despite calls to an answering machine, and emails , we have heard nothing. We have only had our bifolds for 3 years, and a 10 year warranty seems to mean nothing. We are disgusted with their customer care service which simply doesn't exist.

Cheap parts, terribly installed and non-existent customer service. Called 5 times to get a repair, was told I'd have a call back twice, it's been over two weeks since I first called, still nothing.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Absolutely dreadful service. Looking at previous reviews it seems that perhaps the company has changed hands/had a change of management since the more positive reviews 5 years or so ago. I overlooked the fact that the salesman I spoke to in the office was largely disinterested in what I had to say and seemed like he would rather be somewhere else. After paying around 1000 for a front door plus installation I had rather hoped that that would be that. But no, the weather strip broke very early on and the door itself started to not close properly (at least not smoothly). I emailed several times and called but it just fell on deaf ears. Apparently the customer service person is called \Marcella\ - several times the original man I spoke to (the disinterested one, remember) would say that Marcella would get back to me. Guess what? She never did. I went into the office and left my mobile phone number for him to pass on to Marcella. Did she phone? I think you know where I am going with this. Anyway, my wife went in one afternoon and the mystery woman was there (a real person - who would have thought?) - my wife re-iterated the whole sorry saga and left my mobile number (again). She said she had rung several times but didn't get a reply (lie) and she would contact me again (another lie - she never did). My wife and I both have busy lives and just don't have the time to be chasing these cowboys. In summary then - DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY - JUST NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. PS I couldn't post this message unless I put 1 star, and frankly they don't deserve that.

Really not worth the hassle, the sales person I spoke to was extremely rude and didn't know how to speak to customers. Even if their product is good and their prices are good, it's not worth being treated like your a stupid customer doing them a favour. Rather take my business where I feel more valued even if I have to pay a few more quid. And this is before they even took my money, cannot imagine how bad and stupid they would be once they've taken my money. Avoid, avoid avoid!!

Excellent experience with this company! The sales man was very careful and very Knowledgeable . Despite an odd first impression, he demonstrated to know really well his products and clearly indicated what could and could not be done in term of customization of our door. The price provided to be the cheaper of all the other competitors on the area for the same product. We purchased one composite door and one back PVC door. We expected some surprise during the installation...but it happened the day arrenged. The quality of the product was excellent as promised. The installer Colin was very friendly and accurate during all the install. There was an issue with the lock but it was promptly solved the same day. The job was also excellent in the details and Colin took great attention to our house and the product. Highly reccomended!
