Very good bike shop. Very happy not only with the initial purchase of an eCargo bike but John and Jamie continued to provide friendly and helpful advice and service after my purchase was complete. I have waited to post this review because I wanted to see what post sales support was like. Having had a spoke break on my front wheel, John and Jamie were helpful once again and had no issue in quickly repairing and getting my wheel back to me (I don't live near York!). This is a genuine review from a dedicated cyclist and I would not hesitate to recommend The Electric Transport Shop.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!! We were lucky enough to be take up to Dalby Forest Bike Trails for a Demo Day with John, the Manager at The Elec Transport Shop York - what an amazing time it was. John was a superb guide (it was my first time on those trails) & the 2 bikes were an absolute pleasure to ride & experience. John is an incredibly supportive chap & his expeirence made the whole process incredibly enjoyable. I highly recommend both John & The ETS York in everyway. Can't wait to get mine!!!!!

My current e-bike had completed over 1000miles since new in April so had it serviced by the team in York. All was very safe ,time slot for bike appointment 2hours full diagnostic report on my Bosch Active line plus mid drive. Easy to park ,service explained full written report Only down side will need to buy new bike next year upgrade to CX line

Brilliant service and an all round fantastic experience. Uber friendly and knowledgeable staff who sourced my bike quickly and got it ready for pickup in no time. Would definitely recommend. **Had to go back after 2 weeks of ownership after coming off my bike where it needing a minor tweak. The team here sorted me out quickly and got me back on the saddle. Again, great work. Highly recommended**

Popped into the shop to have a look at ebikes. John was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and not pushy at all. Bought a bike and am very pleased with it. Great, impartial advice. Excellent support and a free service when you’ve done 300 miles. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in an ebike.
