Came across this amazing pub while on a break away. An amazing pub in a lovely village loved the decor and the greeting was really nice. The food was absolutely amazing but what really made this place special was the lady behind the bar and Sam I belive he was called who made us feel extremely welcome to the back of house delivering and extremely high level of food. Shame its not closer to us as we would be regulars. Thanks to all

Driving to Withernsea we read about this pub and its friendly welcome and good food. We were not disappointed! Very friendly and helpful staff. Chicken and leek pie, and steak pie were excellent, lovely chips and beautifully cooked veg. Pity it is not our local pub. Highly recommended.

We visited on 1st Oct and was met by very friendly staff. Our meals were cooked to our liking and even the chef came out to check that it was ok; a first for me. All in all a very good experience.
