Visited last Saturday night, had a great time, first time to the bar and was great fun. Not being able to pay by card on the door was a pain as had to walk back to the cash machine. Other than that great fun

The rating on this bar speaks for itself, there's a reason why it only has 3 stars. I was waiting outside the bar with a friend and suddenly one 5ft 'security' guard came over, verbally abused me and my friend and told us that we weren't allowed in because he thought we'd been drinking already. He brought 3 of his other 'security' buddies 5 minutes later to carry on abusing me and my friend to make it clear that we weren't allowed to go in, despite waiting for around half an hour just to make it half way through the queue. The staff in this bar seem to think they'll make a profit by telling people to go home. Use this bar only as a last resort.

Usually really love the vibe here but last couple of times security has constantly been on our case to buy drinks (which most of us always do) - they forced us to leave because some of us didn’t have drinks on us constantly, so I guess they’re happy to lose money and customers. Won’t be going back

Really enjoy the club and the inclusivity it brings to Worcester. however everytime we have been there has always been something go wrong. we visited in a big group today and all bought drinks when asked to. we were then forced to either buy more drinks or leave when we were socialising outside. being forced to drink is unacceptable considering we had already bought drinks and were already planning on buying more later. you made us feel like we weren't accepted unless we bought drinks and made you money (which we were planning on doing anyway but you wanted it at your terms). because of this our large group and the majority of your custom chose to leave for the night which in turn meant less profit for you. i would think twice before forcing people to do something we were planning on anyway.
